Yemen's Houthis released 113 detainees belonging to government forces in Sanaa on Sunday, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said in a statement.
The release of the prisoners had been initially scheduled for Saturday but was delayed by a day due to "technical reasons."
The move was "a unilateral humanitarian initiative," said the head of the Houthi Prisoner Affairs Committee, Abdul Qader al-Murtada, on Friday.
