To escape the attacks in Gaza, many homeless Palestinians have sought refuge at a UNRWA-affiliated school in Al-Daraj. As one of the largest shelters in the area, Al-Daraj School currently houses 3,600 Palestinians from 460 families, including some 1,700 children.
