Recorded by anchors and hosts from China Media Group (CMG), the fourth batch of over 300 audio recordings of Chinese-language textbooks were released at a launch ceremony on Wednesday in Beijing, as a 'Children's Day gift' for students.

CMG, the Ministry of Education, and the National Languages Committee co-hosted the ceremony.

Shen Haixiong, vice minister of the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and president of CMG, attended the ceremony.

Children and young people are the country's future and the nation's hope, Shen said during the ceremony. He said that with the launch of this fourth batch of audio texts, it is destined to become a close learning companion for teenagers nationwide, further enhancing the quality and standard of Chinese language teaching in primary and secondary schools.

CMG will continue to collaborate with the Ministry of Education and the National Language Commission, fully leveraging CMG's communication advantages in integrated innovation of "idea + art + technology," and composing a new chapter of modern civilization for the Chinese nation, Shen said.

The fourth batch of audio texts is available on numerous media platforms, including CCTV.com, CNR.cn, CRI Online, and Yangshipin.
