China issued a Report on Human Rights Violations in the United States in 2023. The report accuses the U.S. of using foreign proxies to violate the sovereignty and human rights of other countries, supplying continuous weapons to conflict zones and imposing unilateral sanctions that have caused serious humanitarian consequences. Professor Liu Baocheng, dean of the Center for International Business Ethics at the University of International Business and Economics, says the U.S. arms sales are a trade of humanitarian crisis for profit.
