The 20th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival (CICAF) is now underway in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with hundreds of Chinese animation characters and works taking the center stage. The event, which runs for five days until June 2, is themed "The Prime of Chinese Animation" and showcases the flourishing Chinese animation scene and cartoon industry.
