May 31 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia.
Bilateral ties continue to grow through cultural, economic and people-to-people exchanges. Tian Chua, former member of parliament of Malaysia and former vice president of the People's Justice Party, said that cooperation on infrastructure is a key part of China-Malaysia ties. He added that mega projects will boost the Malaysian domestic market and trade with China.
