Built in 1934, the Quanzhou Bell Tower, after multiple renovations, still stands proudly in the city center. Combining Western and southern Fujian architectural styles, it attracts large crowds of visitors. Photographer Huang Cankun is passionate about Quanzhou's culture. Since 2012, he has been photographing this iconic structure amid changes of the seasons and the city's development. He plans to demonstrate his love for his hometown's culture and his dedication to the art of photography by photographing the bell tower for a further ten years.
