Chinese President Xi Jinping said at the opening ceremony of the 10th ministerial conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum on Thursday that China is ready to work with the Arab side to put in place "five cooperation frameworks" to step up the building of a China-Arab community with a shared future. Xi also announced that China will host the second China-Arab States Summit in 2026, which will be another milestone in China-Arab relations.

Recently, CGTN Stringer interviewed people from Syria, Bahrain, Tunisia and Egypt, asking them to talk about their views and expectations on China-Arab cooperation. Many people said that their country cooperates closely with China in the economy, trade, science and technology, culture, infrastructure construction and other fields, and they hope that China-Arab cooperation will go further in the future to benefit the people of both sides.
