Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun, in his speech at the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore on Sunday, vowed not to allow hegemony or power politics to harm the Asia-Pacific. Dong also said China's defense policy and philosophy value openness and inclusiveness, and uphold the principles of equality and respect.
