Three people were injured after a fire in the tank farm of an oil refinery in Ukhta, an important industrial town in the Komi Republic of Russia, on Sunday, according to Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The authorities said the fire started during scheduled technical work by the contractor and the blaze was extinguished.
