China on Wednesday urged the United States to stop sending any wrong signal in any form to "Taiwan independence" separatist forces.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said, "Taiwan is an inalienable part of China's territory. The Taiwan question is purely China's internal affair that brooks no external interference."
