The renowned trio of bays on the Kanas River – Fairy Bay, Moon Bay and Crouching Dragon Bay – is one of the prime attractions of the Kanas Scenic Area in Altay, Xinjiang. Visitors can take a shuttle bus to each bay, or embark on a hike along the trail from Fairy Bay to Moon Bay and onward to Crouching Dragon Bay, to admire the breathtaking views and encounter the grazing animals.
