Chinese President Xi Jinping, Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev extended their congratulations on the signing of an intergovernmental agreement on the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway project via video link on Thursday. President Xi highlighted the railway as a strategic connectivity project between China and Central Asia, symbolizing Belt and Road cooperation among the three countries.
