With the Shanghai International Film Festival just around the corner, don't miss out on the China National Film Museum, which provides an unforgettable journey through the magic of the silver screen.

Established in 2005 to commemorate a century of Chinese cinema, the China National Film Museum in Beijing is a place that explains the history of Chinese cinema, hosts film technology expos and conducts academic exchanges to better advance cinema culture both in China and worldwide. Up until now, it's been the world's largest professional national museum dedicated to film.

Featuring 21 permanent exhibition halls, along with some temporary spaces and multifunctional halls, the museum offers a dynamic platform for exhibitions and gatherings. In addition, it has an IMAX theater, a digital projection theater and three 35mm projection theaters.

This year's Shanghai International Film Festival and Shanghai TV Festival are set to be held from June 14–23 and June 24-28, respectively.
