Suk Min Choi, 24, also known as Alex Choi, of Studio City, was arrested on Wednesday on a federal criminal complaint after his viral video showed passengers in a helicopter shooting fireworks at a Lamborghini last year outside Los Angeles, California. Charged with one count of causing the placement of an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft, the influencer could face a statutory maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison if convicted.
