The health ministry in Gaza said in a statement on Sunday that 274 Palestinians were killed and 698 others injured in Israeli airstrikes on the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip on Saturday.
A number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads, and ambulances and civil defense crews cannot reach them, the ministry added.
