The Ten-Month Solar Calendar Park is located in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China's Yunnan Province.
The park was built to celebrate the culture and art of the Yi ethnic group. It is named after the calendar that Yi people traditionally followed and has become a new venue for the local Torch Festival celebrations and a destination for city dwellers to enjoy nature and exercise. According to the Yi calendar, a year is divided into ten months with five seasons. Each month has 36 days and two months constitute a season. Join our live view for the park.
