Russia's non-strategic nuclear exercises, in which the Leningrad Military District and the navy are participating, involve the use of Iskander missiles, Russian news agencies reported on Wednesday, citing the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Russia said on Tuesday that it had started the second stage of drills to practice the deployment of tactical nuclear weapons alongside Belarusian troops.
