The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Wednesday launched a wave of airstrikes into southern Lebanon, Israeli Army Radio reported, in response to the heavy barrages to the north of Israel.
The IDF said in a statement that "90 projectiles" launched from Lebanon were detected, and some of them had been intercepted.
