The war in Gaza has cost Rahaf Fahd Nasser not just her home but also her musical instruments. Rahaf, who was pursuing her studies at Al-Azhar University, has been displaced to the southern city of Rafah. However, she remains undeterred. She borrowed a guitar and continues to use her music to tell the world about the suffering in Gaza.
As Rahaf sings for peace, negotiations continue over the latest truce proposal, raising Palestinian hopes for an end to the suffering caused by more than eight months of conflict. However, despite the negotiations, Israel continues its bombing and airstrikes in Gaza. The Palestinian death toll from the ongoing conflict has risen to 37,202, according to health authorities in Gaza.
