China's women's 3x3 basketball team made quite a splash by clinching the bronze medal at their Olympic debut in Tokyo three years ago. Ahead of this year's Paris Games, the players are in a buoyant mood and ready to go again.

Zhang Zhiting is the longest-serving member of the Chinese team. The 29-year-old's exceptional understanding of game tactics and her adept ball-handling skills have made her an indispensable asset in high-octane 3x3 basketball games. However, as she gets older, a decline in her physical strength and combative abilities is inevitable. Zhang, however, is unfazed. She is looking forward to embracing new challenges in Paris, expressing readiness to confront the competition head-on.

"In truth, the emergence of the younger generation of players over the years has instilled in me a sense of urgency and pressure. However, I constantly remind myself not to stagnate but to continue advancing, just like these young players. We are, after all, engaged in competitive sports where competition is a given. My current goal is to ensure personal growth and avoid complacency," Zhang said.
