The European Commission announced on Wednesday its intention to hit Chinese electric car imports with additional tariffs of up to 38.1 percent from next month onwards following a so-called anti-subsidy probe. As CGTN anchor Guan Xin explains, the move will not only harm Sino-European economic cooperation and stability of the global automotive supply chain, but also ultimately damage Europe's own interests.
