Protesters took to the streets to demonstrate against the Group of Seven (G7) meeting.

The small group demonstrated in Fasano, a few kilometers from Borgo Egnazia, the luxury Apulian resort where the 50th edition of the international two-day summit was taking place. Organized by trade unions, students and various activist groups, they were protesting against war policies, military spending, the impoverishment of labor forces, the decline of public services and to demand a socially and environmentally sustainable world.
