This year marks the 10th anniversary of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and New Zealand. On June 13, Chinese Premier Li Qiang met with New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon and the two leaders acknowledged positive development in the bilateral relationship. CGTN interviewed Andre Rowell, advisor at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and Annie Evans, director of the Cultural Exchange Sector at the Oceania Free Trade Center, to get their views on cooperation between China and New Zealand. Both of them said that the two countries are important partners. Rowell said he's particularly looking forward to the China International Import Expo in Shanghai in November this year. He also said he looks forward to enhancing trade and cultural exchanges between the two countries and exploring broader cooperation opportunities through this platform.
