Film and television industry figures from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan region have gathered at the annual Straits Forum in southeastern Fujian Province to award the most popular film and TV productions on both sides. The event, named "The Journey of Light and Shadow," is the 16th since the first in 2009 and has become a key platform for the exchanges between both sides in the industry. Some performers and producers attending the event shared their thoughts on cooperation between the mainland and Taiwan region.
