Professor José Luís Fiori from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro published an article titled "Multi-polarity and the Long-term Decline of the West" on Viomundo. He said that the United States has historically undermined the international order for its own self-interest. Unlike the U.S., China has no intention of being the "world policeman" that the U.S. once was. He also pointed out that "world imperialism" is "losing momentum," accelerating its own disintegration, and is currently in a period of "transition to multi-polarity."
