Benjamin Renner is a notable French filmmaker best known for his work in animation. In 2014, he received an Academy Awards nomination in the category of Best Animated Feature for the film "Ernest and Celestine." This year at the Shanghai International Film Festival, he will be chairing as the jury president for the animation unit. CGTN caught up with him and talked about the joys and charm of making and watching animated movies.
