EU countries agreed to a 14th package of sanctions against Russia, including a ban on the transshipment of Russian liquefied natural gas, Belgium, which holds the bloc's presidency, said on Thursday.
"This package provides new targeted measures and maximizes the impact of existing sanctions by closing loopholes," the Belgian EU presidency wrote on X.
