Dalian's identity as a city and its future are defined by the ocean, Chen Shaowang, deputy secretary of the CPC Dalian Municipal Committee and mayor of the city, told CGTN's Guan Xin in an interview. At the annual meeting of the New Champions to be held in Dalian this year, participants will explore the future of ocean cities together, Chen added.
