You won't find sandworms like these in "Dune." Instead, they're dug out from the shallows of Xiamen's sandy beaches. Local people boil these worms and set them in jelly, turning them into a snack called "tu sun dong," which they then eat with a zesty, refreshing dip of soy sauce, vinegar, chili, wasabi and coriander!
