Floods hit parts of south China in 'once-in-a-decade' event

The second flood to hit the Xijiang River this year has impacted parts of south China. Water levels have receded in both Wuzhou in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Zhaoqing in Guangdong Province, but according to the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Hydrology, parts of the province will still see waters above official warning levels on Saturday.
