2nd Belt and Road International Skills Competition begins in Chongqing

The second Belt and Road International Skills Competition kicked off its competitions on Monday, with 590 participants from 61 countries and regions.

The average age of the contestants is 22, with more than 40 percent being 20 years old or younger. The youngest contestant is just 15 years old.

The three-day competition boasts 18 categories, 11 of which are from the World Skills Competition, including digital construction, freight forwarding, optoelectronic technology, information network cabling, floristry and hairdressing.
