Foreign media professionals have praised the use of drones for helping cotton farmers in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region increase their yields and incomes. Recently, the China Up Close media group visited the cotton fields in Kumuaoyila Village, Baishiairike Town, Awat County, in southern Xinjiang. Awat County is nationally recognized as a hub of high-quality cotton production, with 90% of its farmland adhering to strict standards and employing a completely mechanized planting process.
