More than 15 police officers were killed on Sunday in a series of attacks in southern Russia’s Republic of Dagestan, which also resulted in civilian casualties, according to the region's head, as reported by Russian news agencies on Monday.
During the counter-terrorism operation, six militants were "eliminated," the agencies added.
