European Union (EU) countries on Monday agreed on a new package of sanctions against Russia.
The EU's 14th package of sanctions against Russia includes a ban on "reloading services of Russian liquefied natural gas (LNG) in EU territory for the purpose of transshipment operations to third countries."
It also imposed restrictive measures on an additional 116 individuals and entities.
