An exhibition featuring court garments from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) is currently underway at the Guardian Art Center in Beijing. Titled "Colors of Imperial Textiles and Court Regalia in the Qing Dynasty," the exhibition features nearly 100 rare Qing Dynasty court garments from the Palace Museum as well as an array of stunning pieces from the Shenyang Palace Museum, with 90 percent of the exhibits on public display for the first time. It aims to highlight the exquisite craftsmanship of traditional Chinese garments.
