Regarded as an important carrier of Chinese culture, this kneeling archer terracotta warrior is now in the collection of the China National Archives of Publications and Culture in Beijing. Embodying the essence of the terracotta warriors from Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum, it was in superb condition when unearthed and is said to be the only example of its kind that has not undergone artificial restoration. After more than 2,000 years, this masterpiece of ancient Chinese sculpture is on display in the archive along with other ancient precious utensils and books that bear the marks of China's magnificent and ancient civilization.
