Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has appointed Maksim Ryzhenkov as the country's foreign minister and Yuri Shuleiko as deputy prime minister overseeing agriculture, BelTA news agency reported on Thursday.
Lukashenko also appointed top officials in the presidential administration, with Dmitry Krutoi, who serves as the Belarusian ambassador to Russia, being head of the administration, according to BelTA.
