Marvelous Qinghai: Przewalski's gazelle and its heart-shaped rump



The Przewalski's gazelle is a rare species endemic to China, famous for the white, heart-shaped patch on its rump. It is found only around Qinghai Lake in China and is under strict protection as a first-class protected animal in the country. After years of conservation, the species' population has seen an increase.
