Dilyara Daulet, a journalist with Kazakhstani media organization Toppress, says the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) represents the voice of the middle powers, countries around central Asia that play a crucial role in the region's food security and supply chains. She also believes media organizations should strengthen their coverage of the region and help deepen people's knowledge of the many regional cooperation frameworks, from SCO to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
