This summer, along with the rising temperatures, the Chinese film market is heating up. So far, over 80 domestic and international films have hit the big screen in a high-energy summer movie season. This year's summer movie season offers a rich variety and a plethora of great films. From outstanding domestic productions to major international blockbusters, from hilarious comedies to crime thrillers, and from animated Chinese works to new artistic creations, numerous distinctive new films are set to meet audiences during this vibrant season. "A Life of Loyalty" tells the story of Communist Party of China members bravely fighting against the enemy, making an indelible contribution to the construction of the army. /CMG

The Hollywood film "A Quiet Place: Day One" depicts humanity on the first day of a "silent apocalypse," where they are powerless against the monsters. The film is the third installment in the "A Quiet Place" series and serves as a prequel to the series. /CMG
