China's Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) will have a new branch in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan. Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev studied Chinese language at BLCU from 1983 to 1984, and this new project has become a symbol of educational exchanges between the two countries.
