The third plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee is primarily about deepening reforms, Xue Lan, dean of Schwarzman College in Tsinghua University, told CGTN. The senior academic expects a more comprehensive plan for the country's reforms to be released at the session.
