Chinese enterprises are contributing to Kazakhstan's power development, said Jiang Shouguo, chairman of China International Water & Electric Corporation (CWE), in a recent interview with CGTN. The Turgusun Hydropower Plant has addressed half of the local power gap, alleviated environmental pollution, and assisted in the positive development of local ecological environment, said Jiang.
