Biligtsaikhan is from Mongolia and is an international relations graduate of Tsinghua University. In 2018, she attended a summer school in Harbin, where she learned about China's development and poverty alleviation policies that, between 2013 and 2018, lifted about 82 million rural Chinese out of poverty.

Biligtsaikhan was impressed by China's poverty alleviation achievements, which also influenced her choice of study. She finally chose to study at Tsinghua University. When she first came to China, life in the country was initially challenging due to her unfamiliarity with the Chinese language. As time went on, she gradually found the Chinese people to be very friendly.

At Tsinghua University, Biligtsaikhan joined the Student Association of Belt and Road Initiative, and she also visited Chinese AI technology companies to communicate with Chinese technologists and entrepreneurs. In the future, Biligtsaikhan hopes to improve her Chinese level and make her own contribution to the cooperation between China and Mongolia.
