"I reiterate that no matter how the international situation changes, China will remain steadfast in our commitment to the China-Kazakhstan friendship, in our resolve to advance cooperation across the board, in our determination to continue mutual support on issues concerning each other's core interests, and in our confidence in both countries realizing our development goals," Chinese President Xi Jinping said during talks with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Wednesday in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.
