A six-year-old girl died in hospital after a drone attack on the town of Primorsko Akhtarsk in western Russia's Krasnodar region, governor Veniamin Kondratyev said on Friday.
Earlier, he said six people were hospitalized after the attack.
There has yet to be an immediate comment from Ukraine.
