When Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi visited Tajikistan's capital Dushanbe in May, he promised more scholarships would be available for eager Tajik students hoping to study in China. At one educational center in Dushanbe there are many candidates hoping to get the opportunity to attend the school.
