Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday attended the 24th Meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the expanded meeting of the SCO, or SCO Plus. Xi stressed that, "Changes of historical significance across the world during our times are unfolding in ways like never before. The international landscape is undergoing rapid transformation. Human society once again stands at the crossroads of history. The SCO stands on the right side of history, on the side of fairness and justice, which is crucial for the world."
