The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) (Lianyungang) International Logistics Park in east China's Jiangsu Province is a shared maritime hub that facilitates trade between SCO members. It features a variety of intermodal transport options, including maritime roads and maritime railways. In the first half of this year, cargo weighing a total of 34.1512 million tonnes passed through the logistics park, a year-on-year increase of 5.87 percent. Container traffic and logistics revenue both maintained rapid growth. Since its establishment in 2015, the logistics park has handled 289 million tonnes of cargo and business income has exceeded 19 billion yuan ($2.61 billion).
